Barrister Taiwo Oyeniyi is a Corporate Lawyer who has carved a niche for himself in the specialized area of Construction Law. He is also a Quantity Surveyor and an Arbitrator and has participated in many important and notable Arbitration proceedings mostly Arbitration arising from Construction disputes. He has equally conducted matters relating to criminal and civil proceedings in courts of competent jurisdiction across the country.
Barrister Taiwo Oyeniyi is a lover of education having bagged certifications ranging from B.Sc in Quantity Surveying, LL.B in Law and B.L at various top-notch institutions. He is also a member of many professional Associations ranging from Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
Barrister Taiwo Oyeniyi's love for education and impacting knowledge led him to establish a study group for aspirants to the bar experiencing difficulties in their academics to inspire, motivate and ginger their reading spirits.
Barrister Taiwo Oyeniyi is also the founder of CONSTRUCTION LAW FORUM (CLF), a professional body registered in Nigeria created with the objective to enhance the knowledge and practice of construction law as well as training of Lawyers and Construction Professionals such as Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, Estate Surveyors, etc who want to be equipped with the knowledge of Construction Law, Claims Management, Construction Contract Management and Administration, Arbitration and Construction Dispute Resolution Processes.
